What Will I Study?
Do you enjoy travelling? Are you good at talking? If the answer is yes to either of these questions, then GCSE French or Spanish is for you! Throughout the course you will be encouraged to talk in lesson and to communicate with others. Fancy travelling abroad for work? Perhaps working in the leisure & tourism industry? During the GCSE you will learn how to book accommodation, make a complaint and order food & drink in a restaurant. How about working at GCHQ or MI5? Both of these need you to communicate in a foreign language and perhaps even spend time abroad, so to help prepare, you will also have the opportunity to learn about the customs, traditions, culture and festivals for the language you are studying.
